Mark Cole has practiced various forms of mind & body based awareness techniques since 1993. He adopted the mindfulness based approach in 2010, and has since followed post graduate studies in mindfulness based therapies at the Radboud UMC (Nijmegen) and Oxford University (UK) leading to professional trainer endorsement.
Having worked across a large number of multinationals in a variety of roles within HR, IT and Business Development; Mark is close to the ground and well informed of the stresses of modern living in the workplace and at home. He is passionate about training people to respond rather than react to the triggers of stress in a creative and engaging, yet light hearted way.
Mark has a particular interest in the area of Mindfulness in the relationship to oneself, others and the world around us. With a passion for the great outdoors, he can often be found spending time on the water, where actively being present with the elements provides a rewarding sense of connection with nature.
